Quest name: A unknown Sayian arrives at earth

Quest requirements: Must have a pl of 1,000 or more. Must have an good alignment.

Planet: Earth

Rewards: 500 PL, 100+ Strength Stat, 100 Zenni

Description: A Sayian arrives on earth in a space pod, he comes and tells you his name. He has a Power level of 1,500, and will stop at nothing. He goes to west- city destroying buildings and other structures. You must put an end to his life, before he kills any more civilians.
