Technique Type - ( Ultimate Attack Kai/Kai Attack )

That type of Kai-Beam

(If Kai) Color - Blue

How to learn it -Vegeta and Trunks (Raiden's Teachers)

Any Form You Must Be -Powerful. Able to hold in the energy like the Kaio-Ken

Info - Powerful blast that can be used multiple times.

How to perform it -Charge up energy in your body than form energy into a ball than send it out as an exploding drill.

History -Not much but Raiden learned this technique from Vegeta and Trunks. Vegeta taught Raiden how to refine the Big Bang Attack into this technique and Trunks taught him about the energy storing.
