24 could also read minds, because Dr Gero thought this Android would be used like a puppet to get his way, "Well, you could beat me now, but what if I got millions of upgrades..... Gero likes to make sure that who ever's on his side is taken care of, as long as their Androids.... I think that Chiller he's working with could end up being decieved...."
